From our initial WhatsApp consultation, Kristin made me feel at ease. I shared details about my dress, and she sketched seven stunning designs based on my input. After discussing colors and fabrics, we had a FaceTime session to ensure my measurements were spot on. I loved the unique, delicate rose petal sleeves she created in the prototype. Amazingly, when I requested a matching bolero for my daughter just two weeks before the wedding, Kristin took it in stride. When we arrived in Vancouver, she came to our hotel for a personal fitting, making final adjustments and sharing style tips to help me wear the bolero beyond the wedding. I love this customized dress. The dress has double layers of chest area for support. It’s a cute design and the back is lovely. Finishing was carefully done as well. We did it all remotely over Zoom, it was so easy and fun! She went above and beyond to make sure the dress and veil arrived in plenty of time, even though we got married pretty soon after getting engaged. When I tried the dress on for the first time, it fit perfectly - no alterations were needed. The dress was so much more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, the details on it were incredible.
